This is an online course.  A series of video’s will take you through a number of steps

  1. Getting set up (your environment, your goals, your planning)
  2. Getting into a routine: getting the most from classwork, taking notes, self management.
  3. Planning for your assessments: coping with exam stress etc.
  4. Learn how to Learn.  Understand how your brain works, how skills are developed and how you can best structure and design your practice to learn with effectiveness and efficiency.
  5. Coping with test nervousness.
  6. And more.

Starting in February, this will run over a number of weeks.
